Gal Gadot, will make her debut as Wonder Woman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. She is set to reprise her role in The Justice League Part 1 and will also assume the title role in her solo film.

What we do know about the feature Wonder Woman film, is that the studio is now looking for a female director for the project. If it does happen, it will only be the second time a woman is given the job to helm a superhero movie.

Some of the directors Warner Bros are hoping to get are:  Catherine Hardwick who is most known for Twilight and Red Riding Hood.  “Dark Horse” Mimi Leder best known for directing Deep Impact. Emmy winner Michelle MacLaren, who worked on some of the finest television shows such as: Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead. Kathryn Bigelow who has helmed movies such as Zero Dark Thirty and The Hurt Locker. She has won an Oscar for her work.

Wonder Woman is scheduled to hit cinemas in June 2017.

Best known as the international woman of mystery and the Chandler Bing among her friends. Monika grew up in a movie loving family in Europe, which meant she was not subjected to much censorship.  Her love of all things horror and action began very early on as a result.  Despite it all, she is not as big of an oddball as everyone (including family) originally predicted.   Thinks the term "chick flick" should be banned worldwide.
