Enjoy the last few days of The Luna Outdoor for this season. As summer comes to a close (sometime, apparently) the Outdoor has some final treats for you to enjoy under the Leederville firmament.

THE GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL

Wes Anderson’s (Moonrise Kingdom) new all-star comedy follows the adventures of Gustave H (Ralph Fiennes), a legendary concierge at a famous European hotel between the wars. Co-starring Adrien Brody, Willem Dafoe, Jeff Goldblum, Jude Law, Tilda Swinton and Bill Murray.

ONLY LOVERS LEFT ALIVE

Director Jim Jarmusch (Down By Law, Mystery Train) directs a vampire story. Tom Hiddleston stars as Adam, a bloodsucker who makes a living as a reclusive musician. He reunites with the love of his life, Eve (Tilda Swinton) a fellow vampire who leaves her home overseas to be with him in the downtrodden Motor City. They eventually get a visit from Eve’s irresponsible sister (Mia Wasikowska) and things go pear shaped.

CLOSING NIGHT – Tommy Wiseau’s ‘disasterpiece’ The Room has been hailed as the biggest cult film since Rocky Horror. Sooooo bad it’s good, it’s drawn a cult following in the US and here with viewers acting out skits, storming out in disgust, and throwing plastic cutlery during screenings. This Citizen Kane of Bad Movies is hosted by Tristan Filder who will guide you through the experience.

Join us as we close the outdoor for another season with music entrainment from DJ Tyranny, featuring Little Creatures Brewing, Wine by Brad, Mantra Wines and delicious pizzas from Siena’s (whilst stocks last) plus prizes for the best dressed Roomies! Supported by Sound Solutions.
