It’s great to see most of the cast coming down to visit our shores there are only a couple missing and secondly its great to see another American Pie film with all the primary cast back, I’ve been waiting for this film for years as I was a teenager when these films started to come out so there was many nights sitting with the boys watching he lads from East Great Falls. Roll on the 5th April!

Check out the Press Release below.

Jason Biggs, Seann William Scott, Mena Suvari, Chris Klein, Tara Reid, Eugene Levy and filmmakers Jon Hurwitz & Hayden Schlossberg hit our shores this March.

They’re back and ready to serve up another slice of warm apple pie! The cast of the hit comedy franchise AMERICAN PIE are heading to Australia to celebrate the release of AMERICAN PIE: REUNION, the highly-anticipated fourth theatrical instalment which sees the return of the original gang for their high-school reunion.

The ensemble cast, who first made audiences cringe and cackle with laughter in 1999’s original film, will mark their arrival in Australia with a group Photo Call in Sydney on Tuesday March 6th.

Aussie fans will then have the opportunity to get-in on a slice of the action as the cast and filmmakers hit the red carpet for the film’s Australian Premiere on Wednesday March 7th at HOYTS MELBOURNE CENTRAL.

In the comedy American Pie: Reunion, all the American Pie characters we met a little more than a decade ago are returning to East Great Falls for their high-school reunion.  In one long-overdue weekend, they will discover what has changed, who hasn’t and that time and distance can’t break the bonds of friendship. It was summer 1999 when four small-town Michigan boys began a quest to lose their virginity.  In the years that have passed, Jim and Michelle married while Kevin and Vicky said goodbye.  Oz and Heather grew apart, but Finch still longs for Stifler’s mum. Now these lifelong friends have come home as adults to reminisce about—and get inspired by—the hormonal teens who launched a comedy legend.

Australian Premiere at Hoyts Melbourne Central, Wednesday 7th March, 6pm

Grossing over $700 million in worldwide box office and over one million DVDs sold in Australia alone, AMERICAN PIE is one of the most successful comedy franchises ever created, launching the careers of its young cast as well as spawning an array of pop culture phrases including ‘This one time at band camp’, ‘It’s like warm apple pie’ and ‘MILF’.
