Blumhouse brings us The Craft: Legacy, see the trailer

The trailer for the sequel to the 1996 horror/fantasy film THE CRAFT has arrived this time its titled The Craft: Legacy. The first film has a massive cult following and introduced us to the four original witches Robin Tunney, Fairuza Balk, Neve Campbell, and Rachel True. This time around it looks like there might be a slight throwback with one shot in the trailer but no word if any of the original four pops up yet. Either way I’m keen to see what they do this time around.

In Blumhouse’s continuation of the cult hit The Craft, an eclectic foursome of aspiring teenage witches get more than they bargained for as they lean into their newfound powers.

Written and directed by Zoe Lister-Jones, the film stars Cailee Spaeny, Gideon Adlon, Lovie Simone, Zoey Luna, Nicholas Galitzine, with Michelle Monaghan and David Duchovny. Blumhouse and Red Wagon Entertainment are producing the film for Columbia Pictures.

No word on an Australian release as yet but it is hitting On Demand in the US October 28 – see the trailer below.
