What can we say; Money talks! Taking a tidy $530 million in theatres, WORLD WAR Z bounced back from bad press to be Brad Pitt’s highest grossing film of all time. Naturally, there are now whispers of a follow up.
Who would have thought a zombie flick would top Pitt’s extensive list of films to take the prize of highest grossing Pitt movie? (TROY has been pushed to second place with $497.30 million).
As with any financial success, sequel talk is now on the go, with Pitt confirming on the weekend:
“We are certainly talking about it, yes. We have so many ideas on the table from the time we starting developing this thing and figuring out how the zombie worlds work…We gotta get the script right first to determine if we go further.”
