Bryan Singer Reveals X-Men First Class 2!

X-Men director/producer Bryan Singer has offered an update on the latest X-Men flick revealing the title, production status and even dropping hints about the closely guarded storyline… check it all out below!

Let us start with the production status. Singer reveals the script is being written “right now” and describes it as “very ambitious”. He promises shooting will start in as little as “a few months”.

Singer also unveiled the title which is….(drumroll please!)  X-Men: Days of Future Past. This is also the title of an ’80s X-Men comic involving future dystopias, social unrest and the transcending of alternate timelines: “[The Film] deals with aspects of that comic” Singer explains “but there’s also some very new things. I just don’t want to give any of it away. Matthew Vaughn will be directing and I’m totally excited about it”

Despite being someone who only ever watched the franchise to perve on Hugh Jackman, I admit this story concept has sparked my interest. Maybe the franchise doesn’t need a hairy, clawed guy with anger management issues to be entertaining after all…

Sian's love for movies spawned from having a tight mother whose generosity stretched only to hiring movies once a week for entertainment. As a pre-teen Sian spent more pocket money then she earned on cinema tickets and thus sought a job at the cinema. Over the next decade she rose to be one of the greats in her backwater, six-screen cinema complex, zooming through the ranks from candy bar wench with upselling superpowers, to pasty projectionist, to a manager rocking a pencil skirt. Sian went on to study Journalism at university though feels her popcorn shovelling days were far more educational
