Just a quick news item this morning, Warner Bros and Legendary Pictures have announced a sequel to GODZILLA which will be released in 2018. Gareth Edwards is back aswell so this is fantastic news! More info after the jump
So this is interesting news considering Edwards is due to direct a Star Wars spinoff film in 2016 so by the looks of it he will be heading back to GODZILLA straight after that. Also the rumour is it will be one of these monsters that will be popping up “the giant pteranodon kaiju Rodan, the giant divine moth kaiju Mothra or the three-headed dragon kaiju Ghidorah”.
GODZILLA is due for release in the US the 8th June 2018 so we should expect it here the same week.
