Horrible Bosses Stars Touring Australia

Jason Bateman (Arrested Development, Couples Retreat and The Switch) and Charlie Day (Going the Distance and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia) will tour Australia in support of their new comedy HORRIBLE BOSSES which also stars Jason Sudeikis and Jennifer Aniston.

The two city tour will kick off when the pair walk the red carpet at the Melbourne premiere on Sunday August 14, before heading to Sydney on Tuesday August 16 for the harbour city’s premiere event.

For Nick (Bateman), Kurt (Sudeikis) and Dale (Day), the only thing that would make the daily grind more tolerable would be to grind their intolerable bosses into dust.  Quitting is not an option, so, with the benefit of a few-too-many drinks and some dubious advice from a hustling ex-con, the three friends devise a convoluted and seemingly foolproof plan to rid themselves of their respective employers…permanently.

There’s only one problem: even the best laid plans are only as foolproof as the brains behind them.

Aniston (He’s Just Not That Into You), Colin Farrell (Crazy Heart) and two-time Oscar winner Kevin Spacey (American Beauty and The Usual Suspects) play their unbearable bosses.  Oscar winner Jamie Foxx (Ray) stars as the plotters’ unlikely mentor, whose street cred is priced on a sliding scale.

Jason Sudeikis may join the pair on their Australian tour, but is yet to be confirmed. HORRIBLE BOSSES releases in cinemas nationally on August 25, 2011 and is rated MA15+
