So the marketing film juggernaut of Warner Brothers had just kicked off promotion (TV ads etc) for JUPITER ASCENDING which stars Channing Tatum & Mila Kunis and is directed by the Wachowski siblings (The Matrix) then yesterday the film suddenly got pushed to Feb 2015.
Warners has advised that the delay is caused by the more then 2000 visual effect shots for the film and that they need more time to complete them but then other’s are saying that Warners has just no confidence in the film itself so they are pushing it to Feb which is usually a fairly quiet month of the year for movie releases.
Who knows the actual reason, Mila Kunis is pregnant so maybe because she can’t do press for the film currently that could also be it. The trailer looks really great and I for one have been extremely excited to see it so with it being pushed that far I’m a little worried.
