Liam Neeson, Will Ferrell & Morgan Freeman play Lego!

I’m sorry to curse, but this is f*cking awesome! Will Ferrell and Liam Neeson join Morgan Freeman to voice Lego. Yes, you read that right!

The  A-listers have signed on to lend their famous voices to Warner Bros and Village Roadshow’s upcoming 3D animated film Lego: The Piece of Resistance.  The story follows your typical everyday Lego-man called Emmet (voiced by Chris Pratt) who is mistaken for a great warrior and joins an eclectic group of rebels on a mission to bring down an evil warlord called President Business.

You guessed it: Ferrell will play Business, with Neeson acting as his henchman… I’m sorry? Neeson the henchman to Ferrell?! This is all too much!!!

21 Jump Street helmers Phil Lord and Christopher Miller are writing and directing the animated adventure.

This is the best news I’ve heard all year. This gets me even more excited than the news that The Hobbit was becoming a trilogy. This now tops my most anticipated film for 2014. Bring it on!! I LOVE LEGO! Who’s with me?!

Sian's love for movies spawned from having a tight mother whose generosity stretched only to hiring movies once a week for entertainment. As a pre-teen Sian spent more pocket money then she earned on cinema tickets and thus sought a job at the cinema. Over the next decade she rose to be one of the greats in her backwater, six-screen cinema complex, zooming through the ranks from candy bar wench with upselling superpowers, to pasty projectionist, to a manager rocking a pencil skirt. Sian went on to study Journalism at university though feels her popcorn shovelling days were far more educational
