Hugh Jackman will be donning those impressive claws (and equally impressive side-burns) yet again in the 2014 X-Men movie X-Men: Days of Future Past.
Jackman will be joining Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart and Jennifer Lawrence who are already attached to the project.
Directed once again by Bryan Singer, this new X-Men adventure sees our mutant heroes travelling through time to change a major historical event that could ‘globally impact on man and mutant kind’. Hmmmm… interesting!
Details on the level of Jackman’s involvement are yet to be released, though considering Wolverine has a entire solo movie, The Wolverine, to be released a year earlier, it may be predicted that he will be featured in only a supporting capacity (I mean really; how much character development does one guy need?!)
Days of Future Past is still in preproduction with Singer’s most recent tweets detailing location scouting and meetings with Production Designers and Screenwriters. Still a while off this one, so don’t get too excited just yet. We’ll keep you up to date with any exciting X-men related developments!
