Perth Q&A with What We Do In The Shadows Director Taika Waititi!

 

 

Kiwi FLIGHT OF THE CONCHORDS director Taika Waititi is coming to town!

The co-writer/co-director/actor of the upcoming vampire comedy WHAT WE DO IN THE SHADOWS will be ready and waiting to answer your questions at a special Leederville screening.

WHAT WE DO IN THE SHADOWS is a mockumentary giving insight into the lives of your typical New Zealand vampire flat sharers. It hits Aussie screens on September 4th.

Starring FLIGHT OF THE CONCHORD’S Jemaine Clement as well as Waititi, the film was shot in a mere five weeks. It was also entirely improvised around a script Clement and Waititi wrote, but kept secret from the cast (before you judge, remember that much of the first IRON MAN movie was improvised).

With gems like BOY, EAGLE VS SHARK and FLIGHT OF THE CONCHORDS under his belt, it’s a Q&A I demand you put in your diaries!
