Revelation continues on the Road

Revelation continues on the Road

One of our Favorite Perth Film Festivals is Revelation and its been on the road for the past month running workshops all over Western Australia but now they are taking the films on the road to a whole bunch of regional areas.

Revelation had bunch of sensational films shown this year including Rampart, Undefeated, LOVE, The Imposter and locally shot documentary BUFF so its great that the guys at Rev have decided to take some films on the road. Check out the information below and as soon as the films have been chosen for the tour we will let you know.

The Revelation Perth International Film Festival is Western Australia’s major annual film festival event – but until now, you’ve had to come to us. We’re changing that by taking Rev on the Road to some of Australia’s most beautiful locations and with some of the finest new Australian and international films, live events, guests you’ll recognise from the big and small screens and a filmmaking competition – and we can’t wait!

Rev on the Road works with each community in mentoring local practitioners in arts management and creative project development while at the same time providing a film program that brings to the regions some of the best in new and striking older feature films and documentaries.

To celebrate our first road trip we’re looking at our 2012 program we’ll be presenting some of the best open road and tour-based movies we’ve ever screened.

The tour includes Albany(Sept 21-23), Esperance(Sept 28-30), Port Hedland(Oct 19-21) and Broome(Oct 25-28) all the details can be found over at Revelation’s Website.
