It’s been a busy week in trailers, so instead of posting them all up individually as we would normally do this week we are changing it up and doing one megapost! Take a look below at Olympus Has Fallen, Spring Breakers, The Call, At Any Price and Red 2.
Gerard Butler stars in Olympus Has Fallen opposite Aaron Eckhart playing Mr President, Morgan Freeman as Mr Vice President with Angela Bassett, Dylan McDermott, Ashley Judd and Melissa Leo. The film looks like alot of fun, I’ve always been a fan of Gerard Butler so intrigued to see how it plays out. OLYMPUS HAS FALLEN is due for release April 4th.
When the White House (Secret Service Code: “Olympus”) is captured by a terrorist mastermind and the President is kidnapped, disgraced former Presidential guard Mike Banning finds himself trapped within the building. As our national security team scrambles to respond, they are forced to rely on Banning’s inside knowledge to help retake the White House, save the President, and avert an even bigger disaster.
“Disney Girls Gone Bad” that’s what a few people are saying when it comes to Spring Breakers! The film features Selena Gomez, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Benson, Rachel Korine and James Franco. SPRING BREAKERS is opening in Australia on May 9th.
“Spring Breakers” tells the story of four sexy college girls as they plan to fund their spring break getaway by burglarizing a fast food shack. But that’s only the beginning… At a motel room rager, fun reaches its legal limit and the girls are arrested and taken to jail. Hungover and clad only in bikinis, the girls appear before a judge but are bailed out unexpectedly by Alien (James Franco), an infamous local thug who takes them under his wing and leads them on the wildest Spring Break trip in history. Rough on the outside but with a soft spot inside, Alien wins over the hearts of the young Spring Breakers, and leads them on a Spring Break they never could have imagined.
Halle Berry and Abigail Breslin star in THE CALL which looks like a pretty decent thriller, to start off with it semi felt like a Taken rip-off but yeah I like a bit of suspense and it looks like it has it. No Australian release date as yet.
When veteran 911 operator, Jordan (Halle Berry), takes a life-altering call from a teenage girl (Abigail Breslin) who has just been abducted, she realizes that she must confront a killer from her past in order to save the girl’s life.
Always like a bit of Dennis Quaid but this time around hes teamed up with Zac Efron and Heather Graham in the movie AT ANY PRICE. Looks like a decent film and I feel it will have a rather limited release here in Australia, no release date as yet.
In the competitive world of modern agriculture, ambitious Henry Whipple wants his rebellious son Dean to help expand his family’s farming empire. However, Dean has his sights set on becoming a professional race car driver. When a high-stakes investigation into their business is exposed, father and son are pushed into an unexpected crisis that threatens the family’s entire livelihood.
The Trailer to the sequel of RED starring Bruce Willis, John Malkovich, Mary-Louise Parker, Anthony Hopkins, Helen Mirren and Catherine Zeta-Jones. No Australian release date as yet.
In RED 2, the high-octane action-comedy sequel to the worldwide sleeper hit, retired black-ops CIA agent Frank Moses reunites his unlikely team of elite operatives for a global quest to track down a missing portable nuclear device. Outgunned and outmanned, they have only their cunning wits, their old-school skills, and each other to rely on as they try to save the world—and stay alive in the process.
