Transformers 4 is well and truly on its way by this point and we previously reported a few possible names for the fourth instalment in the lucrative franchise.

The official title has now been announced and we can now all look forward to the return of the Bayformers with Transformers: Age of Extinction.

The film is shooting in several locations around the world including the United States as well as China. As has already been stated the Dinobots will be making their appearance, though whether we’ll see all of the classic characters or just a few remains to be seen, Grimlock however seems a no brainer.

For anyone curious as to how the financials of Dark of the Moon finished up, well it’s in the top ten highest grossing films of all time with over $1.1 billion revenue at the box office. Any bets on where Age of Extinction will end up in comparison?
