David Ramsey is an American actor and martial artist, best known for his roles in the CW series Arrow as John Diggle/Spartan and Anton Briggs on the Showtime TV series Dexter. Ramsey has also made appearances in the films The Nutty Professor, Con Air and Draft Day.
